We believe the future should be built intentionally — not by accident, not by committee. We're a small team working on hard problems in human health, starting with SleepMaxx, a sleep optimization app grounded in real science.

Our approach is simple: small teams, fast iteration, direct ownership. No layers of management. No meetings that could be emails. Every person here ships real work, talks to real users, and makes decisions that matter.

We're not building another startup — we're building a research-driven company that creates products people actually need. Products that should exist, but don't yet. If that sounds like something worth your time, keep reading.

Head of Growth

Sr. AI/Data Engineer

The Job

  • Build data pipelines for health telemetry at scale
  • Train ML models on time-series health data
  • Turn messy Apple Health exports into something usable
  • Long-term: early disease detection from wearable signals

You

  • ML in production, not just research
  • Python, PyTorch. Time-series experience a plus
  • Genuinely interested in health/longevity

Billing Specialist

Subscriptions, refunds, revenue ops. The unglamorous backbone of a subscription business.

The Job

  • Own billing across iOS and web (Stripe, RevenueCat)
  • Reconcile revenue. Make numbers match
  • Handle customer billing issues without making them hate us

UX/UI Product Designer

Motion Designer
